Cottages are NZ$190 per night,, 4 nights minimum stay. They are fully self-contained and self-service.
Studio is $90/night 7 nights minimum stay.  It is fully self-contained and self-service.

• We need your arrival and departure flight numbers and dates. (Coming from NZ there is a crossing of the dateline!)
• To secure booking a deposit of $300 is required and the balance to be paid 30 days before arrival.
• Check In is 1 p.m. Check Out is 10 a.m.
• Cancellations Policy
  30 or more days from arrival full refund ­less $50 booking fee
  29-15 days - 4 nights charged
  14 days or less and no shows ­no refund
• Airport transfers. I can arrange airport transfers at approximately $25 per person one way
• I highly recommend getting travel insurance
